It supports 21 func- tions. In addition to creation, the functions allow roll modification (ADD, DROP, etc.), maintenance of status information (enrolled for credit, audit, etc.), displaying part or all of the roll at the user's terminal, and printing the roll in a form suitable for use as a grade- book or in individual reports suitable for distribution to members of the class to keep each apprised of his/her current standing in class. The system also provides the user with averages and other statistics. ROLMAN is easy to use and comes with a user's manual with examples and a guide to installation. Version 2 allows CURVE'ing grades, up to 999 students per class, individual weights for tests and problems, and user assignable limits for letter grades - in addition to features in version 1.
