HELP is designed to supply information and answer questions you might
have about this system.  

	The format of the command is: HELP keyword(s)

	Where:  keyword is either a specific inquiry say, PIP,
	or a broader request, INFORMATION
	
	Typing: HELP * will give you a listing of all help available.

	In response to your request HELP will either locate and start
	listing out a file that contains information or provide a listing
	of various HELP files available in that category.  If it provides
	a list you need only type: HELP keyword to have the file or another
	list appear on your screen.  You NEVER need to PIP a file.  The 
	information about the filename and it's location is provided just
	for your convenience.
	
	PLEASE NOTE:  You need not type out the entire keyword(s).  HELP
	will do its best to meet your request with a short form of 
	the keyword(s).
