FRMUTL provides 4 functions:
        /D - Make a printable copy of a form
        /L - List the directory of a form library
        /O - Create an OBJ module containing the input form
        /H - Print this message

The format of the command line is:
        outputfile=inputfile,inputfile,...,inputfile/option

If no outputfile is specified, the terminal is assumed.

When inputfile is a library, FRMUTL prompts for individual
from the library.  Typing an asterisk (*) to this prompt
indicates all the forms in the library.  Typing the return
terminates the prompting for that library and the next input
and the next input file is processed
