you are tired of seeing this message, you have two 
choices:
     1.  Use the U command in metal to change your 
status to Expert user.
     2.  Use a ^k to abort the rest of this message.

     Please remember that you are limited to 60 
minutes per day on this system.  Repeated abusers 
will have their access reduced.
                                                                              
     Commands used on this system:
FIND *.*     <---To display the system's complete                  
                 catalogue, including members of 
                 .LBR files.
FIND WS*.*   <---To see if the system has any 
                 WordStar patches.  ALL wildcards 
                 are supported.

TYPE         <---To list a squeezed or ASCII file, 
                 including a member of a .LBR file.
TYPE FILENAME.LBR <---To get a directory of a .LBR 
                 file.
TYPE LBRNAME FILENAME.TYP <---To read a file 
                 contained within a .LBR file.

SECTION ?    <---To see what areas are available on 
                 this system.  This is the easiest 
                 way to move around the system.
SECTION HELP.SYS <---To move the HELP section of 
                 this system.

DIR          <---To get a directory of the software 
                 on the currently logged drive.
DIR B:       <---To get a directory of the files &
                 programs on the B drive.
DIR *.* $U0ADL <---To get a directory of all files 
                 on all drives and all user levels.

XMODEM S FILENAME.TYP <---To send an entire file to 
                 your system from this one.
XMODEM L LBRNAME FILENAME.TYP <---To send a member 
                 of a .LBR file to your system from 
                 this one
XMODEM R FILENAME.TYP <---To send a file from your 
                 system to this one
XMODEM RC FILENAME.TYP <---To send a file from your 
                 system to this one using the 
                 Osborne COMM-PAC modem.  This 
                 enables the CHECKSUM for error 
                 checking.

HELP         <---To enter the HELP program.  There 
                 are many files on a wide variety of 
                 subjects.  If the subject you seek 
                 is not covered, leave a message for 
                 the SYSOP.

CHAT         <---To talk with a SYStem OPerator (if 
                 available).  If the SYSOP is not 
                 available, you will be offered a 
                 chance to leave a message.  
                 Remember, the SYSOP normally 
                 answers only messages left on the 
                 METAL system.

METAL        <---To re-enter the message module

USER 1       <---To log to another user area (in                  
                 this case User 1)
B:           <---To log to the other drive (you 
                 MUST use the colon)

XFERTIME FOO.OBJ <---To find out how long it will 
                 take to XMODEM FOO.OBJ
