IDDP is an EDMS tool which can navigate data base areas
interactively. The use of this tool requires the prior
creation of a query subschema using the QSP tool.

The use of the EDMS commands is governed by the EDMS
rules. REFCODES are represented as 'aa pppp ll' or
area number, page number, line number. GROUPS,ITEMS
SETS and AREAS are named. The user may find that the schema
DDL and the sorted outputs from QSP are useful when using
IDDP.

IDDP can retrieve records, modify the data contents, delete
a record, or walk a chain. Chain walking is a good way to
physically delete logically deleted records.

To run:

!IDDP.X
 IDDP D00 HERE
 USE SET COMMANDS (Y/N)?(ret)
If you answer Y, the F:SSCH, F:1 and F:DB01,... DCBs
will be opened assuming that SET commands have
been done. F:1 will assume QSP_WF1 as the default
query file name (coded into the DCB).

To open a data base file you must provide the PASSWORD
      and CIPHER keys if needed.

      Try it you'll like it.
