toggle:  left

up means toward back of printer, away from operation standing in front of printer looking at paper.
left-dipswitch:
  1 up 2 down 3 up 4 up 5 down 6 up 7 up

right-dipswitch:
  1 down 2 up 3 down 4 up 5 down 6 up 7 up.
