      Compatibility issues:   reimplement microcoded functions (minor)
                              decommitted functions (minor)
			      CDR-codes	(minor)
			      ART-Q arrays  (either implement or decomit)

      Networking ...  (not immediately vital.  stuff on lambda will port).
      "Common-LISP" improvements  (ie that stuff which more or less works now)
